Please include any additional information that may pertain to the course
  • Department Permission Required
  • Waitlist Allowed
  • Holdfile Allowed
  • If Course is Crosslisted (Include Primary and Secondary Course)
  • If Course is Shared (Include other course)
  • If Course is a Group Lecture (identify the lead section)
  • If Course will be taught at another location
  • If Course will have any web-technology (ELMS)
