By scheduling this room the "Contact" person understands that he/she and the department he/she represents are responsible for ensuring that this room and its equipment are left in their original condition. Requests will not be processed unless all fields are completed.

Location: Include preference information- building, room number, specific area on campus, number of seats needed. Alternative choices are recommended.
(ex: Armory 0110 or Jimenez, 35 seats)


Technology: If any special technology is require for your event please request it here. If the requested technology is not available in the requested room, another room may be suggested by the scheduling office.
(ex: LCD Projector or TV)


A response to your request should be received within 2-3 business days. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
